There is a whole industry selling emotional support animal registrations in this country, and almost all of it works the same way. It implies official status that does not exist, charges you again every year for a database row, and hides the one sentence you most need to read somewhere near the bottom of a page nobody opens.
We wanted to make the nice version of the object — a proper certificate, a card that fits in a wallet, a number you can check — without any of that. So the awkward sentence is on the homepage instead of the small print, the price is paid once, and a refund turns the registration off rather than quietly leaving it live.

The second thing we sell exists because of what we kept having to say to people: a certificate will not get your landlord to say yes. The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 might. Since May 2026, a tenant in England can formally ask to keep a pet, and the landlord has to answer in writing within 28 days and must not refuse unreasonably. That is a real right, most renters have never heard of it, and a well-made written request is how you use it.
We do not sell medical letters, and we never will. In the UK no such letter carries legal force, so selling one would be selling a feeling. We also ask you nothing about your health — not because we are being delicate, but because it is genuinely none of our business and holding that data would be a liability with no upside for you.
What we hold ourselves to
The Act is the law. We are not.
This record creates no rights, and we say so on the homepage, on the certificate and beside the price. What helps a renter in England is section 11 of the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 — including on the page where we are selling to you.
One payment. No renewals, ever.
Not a subscription with a friendly name, and not an expiry date that quietly becomes a second sale. The review date on the card is printed as None, because there is nothing here that could charge you twice.
A refund switches the record off.
We do not refund a change of mind once your documents are delivered, and we say so beside the price. But if a purchase is ever refunded, for any reason, the entry shows as inactive on the public page and the download stops working — a credential that outlived its refund would be lying.
We ask you nothing about your health.
No diagnosis, no condition, no letter from anyone. Not delicacy: holding that data would be a liability to you with no upside, and the right our Landlord Kit uses belongs to every assured tenant anyway.
