UK ESA Register is a privately run register. Your purchase is sold to you by Paddle.com Market Limited (number 08172977, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT), who act as the merchant of record and are the seller on your receipt. UK ESA Register runs this site and produces what you buy. You can reach us at hello@ukesaregister.co.uk.

A pet registration with a certificate and wallet card, and a kit that produces a written pet request letter for tenants in England. Both are digital, delivered by email. If you add a framed certificate, a UK print partner prints and frames it and posts it to the UK address you give us.

Neither is a legal document, neither is issued by any government body, and neither creates any right. Our disclaimer sets that out in full and forms part of these terms.

You must be at least 18 to buy from us.

What you tell us goes on the documents, so it needs to be true and yours to give. Do not register an animal belonging to someone else without their knowledge and consent.

You agree not to:

• present a certificate or card as a legal document, a licence, or a government-issued credential;
• present a pet as a trained assistance dog when it is not;
• alter, forge, or resell our documents, or produce imitations of them;
• use false information to obtain a registration;
• scrape, bulk-query, or attempt to enumerate the verification lookup.

If you do any of these we may cancel the order and mark the registration inactive. Whether we refund in that situation is our decision.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is taken by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record: they are the seller named on your receipt, they handle your card, and we never see or store your card details. Their own buyer terms cover the payment step; these terms cover everything else.

Your order is placed when you press the pay button and the payment succeeds. Until then you can go back and change anything you have entered. We keep a record of your order and of the version of these terms it was made under, and we email you a confirmation that repeats what you agreed to at checkout.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which also carries the cancellation form the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require us to give you.

We will deliver what you paid for and keep the verification page working. We cannot promise any particular outcome with a landlord, letting agent, freeholder, hotel, airline, or anyone else, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted.

Except where the law does not allow us to limit it — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any right you have under the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 or the Housing Act 1988.

Email us first at hello@ukesaregister.co.uk. We will try to sort it out within 30 days, and most things are resolved the same week.

If we cannot, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here stops you taking us to the small claims track of the County Court.

We may update these terms. Changes are not retrospective — your order is governed by the version in force when you bought, which we record against it. If a change is material for existing customers, we will email you before it takes effect.
