You tell us about your pet
Their name, what they are, and a photo if you have one handy. Two minutes, and only the name is required. Skip the photo and email it later — we will swap it in and reissue the documents at no charge.

You see it before you pay
The card and certificate are drawn on screen with your pet on them, at the real proportions. If it does not look right, close the tab; you have not paid for anything.

You pay once
Paddle takes the payment as our merchant of record, and we never see your card details. There is no account to make, no subscription, and no renewal date.

The documents arrive
Within about a minute: a certificate sized for A4 and a wallet card at true bank-card size, as two separate PDFs so you can print one without touching the other. Print the card at 100% rather than “fit to page”.

The number stays checkable
Every card carries a number and a QR code pointing at a public page that shows your pet and whether the registration is live. It never shows your name or contact details, and it does not expire.
What it will not do for you
- It does not create any legal right to keep a pet, anywhere.
- It does not oblige a landlord, airline, shop or hotel to accept your animal.
- It is not a medical document, and we ask you no health questions to produce it.
- It is not issued or recognised by any government body, because no such register exists.
If what you actually need is your landlord to say yes, the Landlord Pet Request Kit is the thing to buy, and you do not need the certificate to use it.
If something goes wrong
The email never arrived. Check spam first, then use the resend page. It is free and there is no limit on it.
You paid and nothing happened. The order is recorded the moment the payment clears, and the documents get made even if our email or our servers hiccup at the wrong moment. If an hour passes with nothing, email us and we will push it through by hand.
You changed your mind. Before paying, close the tab: nothing is committed. After delivery the purchase is final, because you keep the documents — we say so beside the price. If something is faulty or not as described, email us and we put it right.
