It is a private register, not a government scheme and not a legal document, so there is no official fee: no UK body sets a price for emotional support animal certificates, and prices vary between private businesses.

What the money does and does not buy
It buys a tidy, checkable record of your pet, with a certificate and a wallet card. It does not buy legal status, a right of access anywhere, or any effect on a tenancy.
